Annual Spring Performance

Ballet Academy East's annual Spring Performance presents works performed by the students in the graded level ballet division choreographed and/or staged by the BAE graded level faculty and esteemed guests. This event gives the students of Ballet Academy East performing experience as well as the chance to work with renowned artists of the dance world. The opportunities to learn through rehearsing and performing allow our students to continue to receive the educational rewards they so diligently strive for in class.

The 2008 Spring Performance will be held at the Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College, May 9th though May 11th.

BAE Studio Showing

Ballet Academy East presents the annual Studio Showing in which the upper level students of the graded level program perform finished works as well as works in progress. In addition, our students are given the opportunity to choreograph and present pieces, which are danced by their peers.

The 2008 Studio Showing will be held at The Citigoup Theater at The Ailey Studios on February 8th and 9th.
