Fun and creative activities focusing on the arts
For children, ages 3 to 7
Ballet Academy East’s March Mini Camp is a fun-filled summer program for children, ages 3 to 7, bursting with arts-focused activities. Designed to foster imagination and inspire a love of the arts, the curriculum includes ballet, tap, modern, art, drama, origami, cooking, musical theater, gymnastics, yoga, and more! All activities are led by BAE’s talented and nurturing instructors along with very special guest teachers. Art classes are run by the joyful staff of The Craft Studio. Limited group size ensures that children receive lots of individual attention.

Monday, March 17 – Thursday, March 27; 9:00am-3:15pm
The program meets Monday- Thursday each week.

Extended Day Available!
Early Drop-off starts 8:15am

Lunch and Snacks: Children bring a nut-free lunch from home each day. Snacks are provided.
Registration for March 2025 will be available soon.
Students may register for one or both weeks.
March Mini Camp is bursting with art-centered, fun, and enriching activities!
Daily activities will vary depending on age group and will include ballet, modern, art, drama, yoga, cooking, musical theater, origami, theme days, and more!
Performing Arts: Ballet, modern, and jazz focus on developing young dancers’ strength, flexibility, and musicality, while instilling a lifelong love and appreciation of dance. Drama, and musical theater provide fun opportunities to develop each child’s improvisational skills, focus, and coordination.
Art: Students explore children’s unique creativity while developing their art skills. Classes and curriculum are led by the talented and joyful staff of The Craft Studio.
Yoga: Children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises to create a calming, stress-free mood, while developing strength and flexibility in this playful and fun class.
Origami: Always a favorite activity! Children will learn the creative art of Japanese paper folding. Starting with the basic folds, students will follow Miss Yuki’s easy instructions to form animals, hats, birds and more!
Lunch and Snacks: Children bring a nut-free lunch from home each day. Snacks are provided.
Miranda Berlin, BAE Young Dancer Division Principal oversees March Mini Camp. Classes are taught by the beloved BAE year-round faculty and special guest teachers. Our wonderful drama teacher, Bambi is back with us again to share her unique and child-friendly approach. Art classes are held at The Craft Studio, our wonderful and very creative downstairs neighbor.
